Westferry Printworks
Based within Canary Wharf, this development features residential and commercial spaces. Approximately 1500 new residences are to be provided with an interlinking basement.
MEC were instructed to oversee the redesign of the Stage 2 and 3 packs alongside the redevelopment of the design to incorporate the decarbonisation study of which MEC were heavily involved in.

MEC appointed by Hill international to oversee 28No. separate Engineering companies for Germany's largest development in Hamburg with a development cost or over £1.5billon
MEC delivered the stage 3 package from several consultants and interfaced directly with the developer

Residential development in the Heart of Reading with a £150m build cost.
The design of a full non-gas system utilising new technologies was one of the first of its type nationally of with MEC provided the initial design and strategies for which were developed further by the contractor.
